Good News!!!! Paige received her Cat scan report and the cancer has not spread into her organs 🙂 All we are waiting for now is the call from UCLA medical center for the surgery. God is so good and awesome thank you Jesus!!! Ya’ll know what this means? Oh yeah I get to drive the mustang to LA and back, YeeeeHawwww!! I found this article in the news check it out.
B.B. King Offers Guitar As Reward for Dog
LOS ANGELES – B.B. King’s dog, Lucille, has disappeared, and the legendary bluesman is offering an autographed copy of one of his signature “Lucille” guitars in an effort to get her back.
The 2-year-old white female Maltese, named after King’s signature guitar, went missing about 10 days ago in West Hollywood while she was under the care of his co-manager, Matthew Lieberman.
“We’re not sure how she got out of the yard, perhaps a gate was ajar,” Lieberman said in a statement Monday.
Canvassing nearby animal shelters and putting up some 500 signs failed to turn up any trace of Lucille so the 80-year-old musician decided to offer a signed guitar as a reward.
Wow he must really love this dog, it is really cute 🙂

The man’s unusual living arrangements came to light when another woman complained to police that he had threatened her after she refused to join his harem.

I saw that same article, only reason I read it was because my step-son has a maltese, cute but hyper dogs. Oh yes your pirate ship is back. The picture is one I took while in the Navy when we pulled into St. Croix. If you look closely in the upper right of the picture you will see the submarine I was attached to back then. I saw BB King in concert when I was in high school. LOVED him and Lucille. That’s so sweet that he wants his dog back. I just hope someone has her to return. Sometimes little animals like that don’t come back after they get out…I know too well.

To improve dream recall do the following exercise every night before bed:
1. Make sure all lights within range of you are turned off. If you wish to light a candle or two that is fine.
2. Sit down on the floor with your back against your bed. Place your legs in a position where you are fully relaxed in the position you are sitting (I always recommend people cross their legs “indian style”).
3. Close your eyes.
4. Inhale through your nose.
5. Hold the breath for two or three seconds.
6. Slowly release the breath out through your mouth
7. Repeat Steps 4-6 over and over all while visualizing the breath going into your nose and out through your mouth. You repeat this for thirty minutes. Don’t quit the exercise to look at a clock to verify the time. There’s no need to verify the time. Your body will know when it’s been thirty minutes.
8. Climb into your bed and get comfortable.
9. Close your eyes and repeat the breathing exercise for just a minute or two.
10. With your eyes still closed say to yourself “I will remember my dreams”. Say that over and over and over and over until you fall asleep.
It may take a day or two, but this exercise will improve your dream recall. I guarantee it! After you get to a point where you remember a dream every night you can exchange that “I will remember my dreams” line with anything you wish to dream about “I will fly in my dream”, “I will swim with a dolphin in my dreams”, etc.
Good Luck! Please keep me updated with your progress! As you start to recall more I will be more than happy to teach you how to become lucid in your dreams. Lucid to a point where you can control the dream while you are dreaming it!
